Version 1.28 of Andro Shredder has been published on Google Play.

What’s new in this version:

• The SMS wipe function has been fixed for Android KitKat and newer Android versions. Andro Shredder will now ask to be the default SMS app, when you start the SMS wipe function. This is now a requirement from Android. If you do not accept this with “Yes”, then Andro Shredder can’t write the SMS database. Andro Shredder will ask you to switch back to your preferred SMS app, once the wipe has been finished or cancelled.
